Twelve years ago on Oct. 14 my mom, Angela Baker, was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is now diagnosed with stage four breast cancer. A few days ago I accompanied her to Washington DC on her journey to demand that the federal government fund more research to find a cure for stage four breast cancer.
