PHOTO GALLERY: Elegant Homecoming Coronation followed by activity-filled block party

October 21, 2016

Highlights of NCCU’s Ultimate Homecoming included Wednesday night’s Coronation Ball and Thursday’s block party.

At the ball hundreds — including, even her parents — witnessed the winter wonderland themed coronation of senior Dajah Johnson as Miss NCCU.

Senior Patrick Minor was coronated as Mr. NCCU. The Royal Court for the freshmen, sophomore, junior and senior classes were also coronated.

Different organizations kings and queens were recognized as well. Before anyone was crowned they performed a show stopping routine to numerous songs.

The large crowd at the Block Party  held on Bryant Street Plaza enjoyed  activities, including food, a variety of games, and music provided by K97.5.

Alumni, students, and people from the country returned home to have a great time.
