Durham-based Spectacular Magazine is set to announce its 2016 Women and Men of the Year Awards in conjunction with Black History Month. Kimberley Pierce Cartwright, news director at N.C. Central University’s public radio station, WNCU 90.7 FM is being named Woman of the Year in Education.
