Alston Avenue Apartments located beside New Residence Hall II and Chidley Hall is a new dorm being built for NCCU students in the fall. NCCU’s Department of Residential Life planned on having the two new dorms, Alston Avenue Apartment and George Street Student Apartment available for students to move into this fall, but the COVID-19 delayed the process.
